there is an ever growing and evolving network of single track in the park. Many people come here and ride the hiking paths and the old towpaths. If you cannot find the good stuff, anyone you might see on a mountain bike should be able to put you in the right direction. Some trails here are more technical than others, nothing too extreme, while others are nice flowing single track. You will find rocks, roots, mud, dirt, uphill, downhill, flats, basically everything that isn't big mountain downhill riding.
Exit 3 off interstate 88, head north on rt. 369 for 3 or 4 mile to state park road, on your left, enter park via this road.
